This section is for creating and managing question categories. To create categories, click on the “Add new” button. You have the following options in the Categories field:
Title:
Write the name of the category.
Description:
Provide additional information about the question category.
Category status:
Choose whether the question category is active or not.
- Published: The question category will be displayed on your website.
- Unpublished: The question category will not be shown anywhere on your website.
In addition to the Categories field, there is also a field called Tags where you can create question tags. Use the “Add new” button to edit or create tags, and find the following options:
Tag Title (Pro):
Set the name of the tag.
Tag Description (Pro):
Write a description of the tag.
Tag status (Pro):
Set the tag’s status: Published or Unpublished.
